  • Improve the curb appeal . a thorough cleaning goes a long way!
  • Touch up paint if necessary
  • The lawn and landscaping should be well manicured
  • The entry to your home should be clean and clutter-free
  • The front door should be clean and inviting, no smudges or fingerprints
  • Add a nice touch to your entryway by adding a seasonal pot of flowers or plants near the front door
Show Off your House
  • Arrange furniture for an open feeling; too much furniture makes a room seem smaller
  • Flowers and plants add pretty touches to rooms
  • Clean fingerprints from light switches and woodwork
  • Organize closets and cabinets; they will look bigger
  • Bathrooms and kitchens should be sparkling clean
  • Clean away mold and mildew from around bathroom tile and fixtures or regrout if necessary
  • Fix loose doorknobs, drippy faucets, torn screens, replace burnt out bulbs
